A company is looking for a Customer Engineer (UK). Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to identify business opportunities and address technical objections related to Generative AI solutions Design and present comprehensive solution architectures that meet customer needs, focusing on Generative AI use cases Provide technical leadership and support during customer engagements, including technology advocacy and modernization recommendations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience preferred 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions architect or sales engineer Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services, preferably Google Cloud Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash for automation Familiarity with networking and security concepts related to cloud platforms
