Customer Experience Solution Engineer
A company is looking for a ZCX Channel Customer Experience Consulting Solution Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor for CX channel partners in North America and LATAM, translating technical and business requirements into solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partner Customer Experience pre-sales teams and other key stakeholders
Execute technical presales training and ongoing enablement for ZCX Partners while engaging with internal product teams to drive feedback for product innovation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in CX/Cloud CCaaS Channel Solution Engineering
Strong business and technical acumen within the CX industry, including Contact Center and related technologies
Demonstrated understanding of Customer Experience market trends and channel partnership strategies
Experience in building and executing go-to-market Channel strategies
Familiarity with sell-through channel sales motions
