Experience with journey mapping and mural preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to conduct end-to-end gap analysis and change management
Experience leading workshops to gain consumer insights
Proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript for web technologies
