A company is looking for a Medallia Administrator to join their Client Experience Team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage the Medallia platform to support client feedback and experience improvement initiatives
Provide expert guidance on Medallia-related tasks, ensuring data integrity and collaboration with IT on integrations
Develop training materials and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance program success
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Customer Experience and Medallia administration, including survey configuration and dashboard development
Strong fluency with the Medallia platform and experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
Expert product administrator skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Adaptable and flexible, with a strong ability to manage change successfully
Preferred certifications include CCXP, PMP, or Medallia certification
