Key Responsibilities
Provide quality and timely integration support to school district customers for onboarding and integrating educational technology solutions
Collaborate with various teams to develop scalable strategies that streamline the customer onboarding process
Manage integration projects, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to support documentation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technical experience in implementing technologies and onboarding customers, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
Proven success in designing and executing rostering, data analysis, and integration solutions
Experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement
Strong project and time management abilities with a track record of managing multiple projects
Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to handle shifting priorities effectively
