Key Responsibilities
Become a product expert and establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders
Conduct daily customer calls to provide account walkthroughs and document implementation details
Ensure timely completion of technical setup and leverage feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in SaaS customer onboarding or related roles
Ability to manage project scope and delivery timelines across multiple projects
Proficiency in Boolean search language or willingness to learn
Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
Ability to adapt quickly to new software and changing business requirements
