Customer Operations Administrator
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Administrator to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction within the Customer Experience team. Key Responsibilities Administer and configure the Gainsight platform, including reports and workflows Manage day-to-day support for the Customer Experience team and identify opportunities for process improvement Coordinate projects and assist in training the Customer Experience team on new tools and processes Required Qualifications CRM administration experience or certification (Gainsight Admin Certified is a bonus) 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations or related functions Strong problem-solving skills with a systems mindset Direct experience with data and analysis activities High degree of ownership over work and ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
