A company is looking for a Contact Center - Lead Customer Care Analyst. Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize the entire customer journey across all care touchpoints Analyze customer feedback and identify pain points to improve interactions Develop and implement customer experience improvement plans based on data insights Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree 1 year of military move industry experience 2 years' experience analyzing data and creating reports in a contact center environment Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements Understanding of GHC contract requirements and DoD regulations
