Key Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize Account Management/Customer Success workflows and reporting
Build dashboards and reports for customer journey stages and revenue insights
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer lifecycle management and operational processes
Required Qualifications
4+ years in Revenue, Customer Success, or Account Management Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
Strong command of CRM systems and customer data accuracy standards
Experience improving lifecycle processes and quote-to-cash workflows
