Customer Resolution Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Resolution Specialist I to perform customer care activities related to billing and patient account management. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by resolving concerns and responding to patient inquiries Handle patient support tasks including establishing financial arrangements and researching disputes Document customer encounters accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a business-related field preferred One year of experience in customer service, payment collection, or medical billing preferred Knowledge of billing/collection activities and medical terminology Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
