Customer Retention Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to connect borrowers with Loan Officers
Maintain organized records of lead transfers and borrower interactions
Follow up with non-responsive borrowers and those who declined transfers
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
General credit knowledge
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry preferred
