Key Responsibilities:
Engage and re-engage high-volume customers showing signs of churn
Identify churn risk factors and provide tailored solutions
Analyze churn data and collaborate with teams to optimize retention efforts
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in account retention
Experience in subscription-based business models
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Ability to manage a high volume of at-risk customers
Experience in roofing, SaaS, or construction tech is a plus
