Key Responsibilities Train and coach Purchase Coordinators in pipeline management and customer service Document and track team progress, including administering disciplinary actions Prepare and analyze daily reporting metrics and monitor calls Required Qualifications 1-2 years of outbound call center experience; shorter internal experience may be considered At least 1 year of mortgage experience At least 1 year of recent sales experience, preferably in phone sales Supervisory or team lead experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
