A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer order issues and manage 3-4 accounts daily Process orders and run reports in Microsoft Excel for accuracy Handle 20-40 inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries Required Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred Basic computer knowledge and prior experience with Microsoft systems preferred Intermediate Excel skills for report generation and analysis preferred Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
