Customer Service Specialist - NC
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with product selection and order inquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and meet established performance metrics
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through upselling and problem-solving
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus
Prior customer service experience is ideal, but training is available for the right candidate
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with technology, including experience with Google Workspace and CRM systems
Ability to type at a minimum of 40 WPM
