Key Responsibilities
Empower strategic customers to enhance digital experiences and achieve business objectives using the platform
Drive contract renewals, increase platform adoption, and improve customer satisfaction while managing client relationships
Advocate for clients' needs internally and manage performance indicators to ensure successful outcomes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting
Familiarity with Social Marketing, Customer Care, and Advertising technology
Experience in negotiating customer renewals and managing customer renewal cycles
Proficiency in Customer Success software, CRM software, and Microsoft Applications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
