Customer Success Analyst
A company is looking for a Customer Success Support Analyst to assist customers with data integration and analytics in the people analytics space.
Key Responsibilities
Intake, triage, and execute tier 1 troubleshooting and reporting of application and data modeling issues
Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot data integrity and application issues
Support customer data ingestion, transformation needs, and provide training for new and existing customers
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of exposure to HR data systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday)
At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, visualization, or HR reporting
Experience in client-facing roles and supporting customers through technical challenges
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with a global team
Strong analytical thinking skills and comfort with ambiguity in processes
