Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement programs with pre-sales and technical leadership
Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders while building trusted relationships
Provide onboarding and training programs for pre-sales and coordinate ongoing educational content
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization related to sales, pre-sales, channel, or enablement
Strong understanding of Enterprise pre-sales, including content and training development
Experience with content management and learning management systems
Ability to work in an unstructured, high-growth, and fast-paced environment
