Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders to align solutions with business priorities
Guide customers in maximizing adoption and value from the platform, while identifying additional solutions
Develop tailored success plans and conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI
Required Qualifications
4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing SaaS roles
Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and build strategic relationships
Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or restaurant technology preferred
Track record of driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth within existing accounts
Excellent project management and organizational skills
