Patient Experience Associate
A company is looking for a Patient Experience Associate to enhance patient interactions and service validation. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to confirm medical services or equipment received by patients Document patient interactions and assist with rescheduling services as needed Participate in performance improvement activities and meet assigned KPIs Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 35 WPM) Basic PC and search engine skills
