Customer Success Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction by assessing experiences post-funding and providing necessary information
Respond to customer inquiries and manage escalations while maintaining quality assurance standards
Compile data from customer interactions and assist with inbound calls regarding refinancing
Required Qualifications
Associates or bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or Marketing
Experience in customer service, telemarketing, quality assurance, or inside sales is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to work with multiple systems
High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
