Key Responsibilities
Grow sales and assets through a team of Private Client Advisors
Coach and develop sales staff to achieve goals-based planning and product selection
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and internal departments
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of industry sales management experience; bachelor's degree preferred
Possession of Series 7, 24, and 66; Life & Health Insurance licenses
Ability to use standard office equipment and financial services systems
Proven track record in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams
Broad knowledge of client and partner needs in the bank-based investment market
