Customer Success Team Lead
A company is looking for a Customer Success Team Lead to manage a team and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Coordinators and Specialists to support client inquiries related to enrollment, eligibility, and billing
Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, resolving eligibility concerns and ensuring compliance with regulations
Document team performance, manage payroll, conduct coaching sessions, and participate in special projects for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
High school education or equivalent; college education is a plus
3-5 years of customer service experience
2-3 years of experience in employee benefits, including enrollment and billing
Previous supervisory or people management experience is a plus
Strong working knowledge of enrollment and billing systems
