Training Manager, Trust & Risk
A company is looking for a Training Manager, Trust & Risk.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive training framework for the Trust & Risk team, including onboarding and continuing education
Lead onboarding and continuous training sessions for new hires, ensuring knowledge gaps are filled and new processes are adopted
Develop and implement KPIs to assess training effectiveness and analyze data to evaluate the impact on employee performance
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in training program management, learning and development, or risk operations
Strong focus on internal customer needs and satisfaction, demonstrating return on investment in training
Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional design principles
Experience developing training in various delivery modalities for diverse audiences
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and data platforms such as Sigma; familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is preferred
