Customer Support Supervisor
A company is looking for a Customer Support Supervisor to lead a team and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Customer Support Specialists to provide compassionate and efficient service
Approve timecards, PTO, and assist with administrative tasks and training
Engage in coaching conversations and create scalable processes for customer support
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager of support teams, preferably in technology
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and adaptable environment
Proficiency with technology and computer systems
Familiarity with privacy and security protocols, particularly in healthcare (preferred)
