Customer Trust and GRC Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Trust & GRC Specialist to manage customer security inquiries and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and complete security sections of RFPs, RFIs, and customer assessments
Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate responses for security inquiries
Develop governance frameworks and monitor changes in regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, or Business Administration; relevant experience may substitute
3-5 years of experience in a GRC or similar role, preferably in regulated industries
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
