CX Program Manager
A company is looking for a CX Program Manager - VoC Platform Administrator to oversee the deployment and management of their survey program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer the VOC platform, including user accounts, permissions, and system configurations
Implement new platform features and updates to enhance functionality
Optimize the VOC platform to support dynamic research and insights needs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an XM/VoC/Qualtrics Platform delivery role or similar
Experience with large-scale survey initiatives in global organizations
Ability to define programs and deliver projects that meet evolving business needs
Deep expertise in building data visualization dashboards
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, APIs, and data engineering best practices
