Key Responsibilities Conduct full-time technical training using a structured curriculum, focusing on interactive and hands-on lab activities Manage student performance through ongoing feedback, evaluations, and coordination with career coaches Provide input on curriculum updates and maintain student data in the Learning Management System Required Qualifications Expert-level knowledge in server management, hardware, software, networking, mobility, virtualization, project management, and security Must be CompTIA CYSA+ certified or able to earn the certificate within 30 days of hire Teaching experience, preferably with adults in an online environment At least two years of professional experience in a security role within the tech industry Ability to teach in a highly interactive and hands-on style
