Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze security alerts and events from various security tools and systems Coordinate with users and administrators during incident investigations and response Classify and prioritize incidents based on established criteria and document work details Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and work experience Obtain and maintain at least one of the following certifications: Sec+, CySA+ within one year Entry level experience in incident investigations and responses Demonstrated experience with the security industry and understanding of best practices Ability to work in an operational/shift-based environment with flexible hours
