Risk User Experience Specialist
A company is looking for a Risk User Experience Specialist to make risk decisions and enhance user experiences in response to risk-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to transaction limit request increases and review account activity for risk alignment
Manage remote check deposits and decision-making using internal tools and third-party systems
Document risk decisions and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in the risk space within banking, fintech, or financial services
Knowledge of banking products such as ACH, International Wires, SWIFT, checks, and debit cards
Experience in managing relationships with external parties
Ability to write clear documentation and communicate effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on efficiency
