Key Responsibilities Screen and process locate tickets from state 811 One-Call centers using third-party software Review internal facility records and dispatch tickets requiring facility locates to appropriate teams Manage customer calls and resolve issues related to dig tickets or facility damages Required Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent with four years of experience, including three years of direct experience College hours or a college degree may substitute for some experience Prior experience in a Call Center or dispatch environment Ability to deal with the public in a professional manner Proficient in Microsoft Office products
