Data and Staffing Analyst
A company is looking for a Data & Staffing Analyst to manage the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process for technicians
Perform reporting and attrition analysis
Convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience with data analysis
Knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Python, SQL)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be a U.S. citizen and reside in the U.S
Degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
