Denials Management Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Denials Support responsible for overseeing denial management processes and quality assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update Denials Management processes and documentation
Establish and oversee quality assurance frameworks to reduce errors and improve efficiency
Conduct root cause analyses on accounts and implement corrective actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Revenue Cycle Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Denials Management or revenue cycle operations
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and insurance reimbursement processes
Experience with quality management systems and process improvement methodologies
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
