A company is looking for a Team Manager of Portfolio Implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a diverse team of Customer Implementation Specialists to meet productivity and quality standards
Develop and execute business process improvement strategies through needs analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Monitor team tasks and update stakeholders on process improvement activities and customer journey mapping
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in team leadership, especially in a remote environment
5+ years of experience in process improvement management
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and customer journey processes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or related fields
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
