Key Responsibilities Coordinate and direct project and change management operations for major data systems Investigate and validate system issues, and draft requirements for new or enhanced functionalities Manage maintenance and alignment of large relational databases across users and funders Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major Three years of professional experience, including one year at the experienced (P11) level in state service High school education and two years of active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may substitute for the education requirement Ability to work in a complex change management environment Experience with large relational databases and project management
