A company is looking for Desktop Support Specialists (Tier 1 & Tier 2). Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve end-user IT support requests for hardware and software Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues escalated from Tier 1 support Manage user accounts, service tickets, and collaborate on network/server issues Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a Desktop Support or similar IT role Strong technical knowledge of Dell hardware, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office/Windows Experience in environments with 100+ end users is an asset Ability to work independently in a hybrid (onsite/remote) environment Valid driver's license and ability to work onsite as required
