A company is looking for a Coordinator, Development Database Services. Key Responsibilities Monitor data integrity and recommend resolutions for data issues Execute and prepare non-financial reports and dashboards for Development stakeholders Collaborate on Salesforce enhancement projects and assist in data transformation tasks Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of fundraising experience 1-2 years of experience using Salesforce NPSP, including report and dashboard creation Basic understanding of data analysis methods and techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated cultural competency and ability to work with diverse teams
