Key Responsibilities Consults with business partners to develop talent strategies for attracting top talent Utilizes various sourcing tools and programs to build talent pipelines and screens potential applicants Collaborates with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and manages the recruitment process from interviews to onboarding Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience 5 or more years of relevant experience in recruitment Expert knowledge of employment law and corporate recruitment practices In-depth experience in competency-based interview and assessment techniques Experience in either Agency or Corporate Recruitment environment
