Enrollment Director
A company is looking for an Enrollment Director, Inbound Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Grow the business by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals through enrolling families in academic and test preparation programs
Field calls and online inquiries from families seeking to enroll students in programs
Employ a consultative sales approach to assess the needs of families and students, and match tutors accordingly
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
Experience working in a high-volume sales environment
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM databases
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails, with enthusiasm for outbound sales
Access to a dedicated home office with high-speed internet connection
