Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business partners to design effective AI/ML solutions Lead engineering teams in developing and deploying AI/ML models and algorithms Oversee the Provider Digital Experience and lead the Voice Bot engineering team Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience 12+ years of experience leading software engineering teams 8+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies 5+ years of experience with cloud solutions, specifically Azure or AWS 5+ years of experience in programming languages for AI/ML, including Python, Java, and Node.js
