A company is looking for a Director of Analytics and Reporting. Key Responsibilities Deliver data-driven insights and ensure compliance with reporting requirements to the EPA and other organizations Build and manage tools and processes for data integration and create visualizations tailored to various audiences Define the Analytics roadmap and hire a team to support diverse data needs across the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience 5+ years of management experience leading Analytics, Data Science, or Engineering teams 3-5 years of experience writing code using SQL and Python for data integration 3-5 years of experience with BI and/or Analytics systems such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Strong commitment to the mission and goals of the organization
