Director of Architecture

A company is looking for a Director of Architecture to lead the design and execution of its technical architecture. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture team to define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for growth and scalability Design scalable, high-availability, and secure distributed systems for fintech applications Mentor and develop a high-performing team of architects and senior engineers while ensuring compliance with security best practices Required Qualifications 15+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and API-first design Strong background in fintech, SaaS, or high-transaction systems Proficiency in modern backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, Go, etc.) Solid understanding of DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
