Director of Contracts
A company is looking for a Director of Contracts to lead and manage its contracts function. Key Responsibilities Build and lead the Contracts Division, establishing scalable workflows, policies, and systems Draft, redline, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements including employment and vendor contracts Select and implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and maintain a centralized contracts repository Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or corporate legal departments Proven experience implementing contract systems, tools, or CLM platforms Strong working knowledge of employment agreements, commercial contracts, and vendor management Experience working in a scaling organization or private equity-backed company strongly preferred Self-starter mentality with the ability to build processes from scratch
