Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive culture strategy aligned with organizational goals
Conduct engagement surveys and analyze data to enhance employee engagement
Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate culture initiatives into broader business strategies
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in HR, Change, or Communication with a focus on culture and engagement
Proven track record of successful culture initiatives that drive revenue and profit
Extensive experience collaborating with C-suite executives
Strong knowledge of culture and engagement best practices
Bachelor's degree preferred
