Utah Licensed Call Center Representative
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, rates, and billing issues
Provide expert advice on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
Support customers in filing new claims and offer additional products with empathy
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for those not licensed
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in customer service roles
Availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends
