Director of Customer Experience Strategy
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Experience Strategy & Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Establish the vision and strategy for the CxO Program, aligning with corporate goals and client needs
Oversee the Executive Sponsorship and Executive Business Review Programs to enhance client relationships
Develop training and workshops to improve client engagement and knowledge of offerings
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in strategy development or customer engagement, preferably in tech or cloud security
Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and understanding their business needs
Experience managing cross-functional teams and initiatives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive multiple projects to completion
