Arizona Licensed OSP Quality Manager

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design team by hiring, training, and mentoring staff to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards Conduct quality control reviews of OSP fiber and copper network designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Develop, implement, and refine quality control processes, standards, and training programs to enhance efficiency and consistency Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience in wireline telecom OSP design, quality assurance, or engineering within the telecommunications industry Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role with responsibilities such as hiring and training Strong understanding of fiber optic and copper network design, including aerial and underground deployments Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, or other mapping and engineering software is required Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality control processes and training programs
