Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the regional team of Customer Onboarding Managers for payroll implementation across various geographies Act as the executive contact for clients during the payroll implementation phase, ensuring their specific needs are met Oversee all stages of the payroll implementation process, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in global payroll, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing payroll system implementations Proven experience managing complex payroll implementations for multinational clients Expertise in working with payroll technology platforms and understanding of global payroll regulations Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
