Key Responsibilities Own the digital product vision and roadmap, aligning site performance with business goals Drive insight-led A/B testing and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance user experience Lead a cross-functional team to prioritize, build, and launch tests and experience upgrades Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in DTC eCommerce with a focus on site optimization and testing Brand-side experience leading or building internal eCommerce and CRO teams In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus, including apps and checkout flows Ability to think like a performance marketer while executing as a product leader Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment
