Key Responsibilities Establish and lead the GTM Excellence Program Management Team, defining best practices and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and enhancing cross-functional collaboration across various teams Oversee GTM event management and execution, ensuring alignment with broader strategies and effective delivery on time and budget Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, program management, or business operations within the technology sector Proven track record of building and scaling PMO and operational functions in high-growth environments Deep understanding of GTM processes, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across senior stakeholders Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
