Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand solutions and consulting services in healthcare Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner Lead quarterly Customer Advisory Board sessions to align with Health Plans' needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 8+ years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or government programs, with 3-5 years in a leadership role Extensive experience with Medicare Advantage CMS Star Ratings programs and regulatory compliance Demonstrated experience with other government programs, such as Medicaid Proven expertise in building strong customer relationships within the healthcare industry
